ULUVUS On a Thai Show

ULUVUS, a falung Lao-rock band, was recently invited onto a Thai television show called "Jubkrasae Laelok" (ຈັບກະແສ ແລໂລກ). The band was given an interview and performed an acoustic of one of their singles!

During the interview the hostess asked, "What do you like about Lao music/language?". The lead singer answered, "Muan! Sanook! Sieng kong mun pen keu narm..keu akkard yoo nai ton mai. Ngarm ngarm!" (ມ່ວນ! ສນຸກ! ສຽງຂອງມັນເປັນຄືນ້ຳ...ຄືອາກາດຢູ່ໃນຕົ້ນໄມ້. ງາມໆ)

Originally a four member band, they introduce to us two new members in this episode. The two members are of Asian background but are neither Lao or Thai. They are able to communicate in Lao. 

ULUVUS reveals that they are inspired by many Thai rock bands including Bodyslam, Clash, Hangman, and Loso. One day they hope to perform in a music festival in Thailand to spread Lao music to their fans in the country.
